By placing an order on this site, you certify that you meet the following age requirements and are legally permitted to purchase the items in your order under the laws of your state and locality.
- 21 years or older to purchase handguns and handgun ammunition
- 18 years or older to purchase rifles, shotguns, and long gun ammunition
- 18 years or older to purchase accessories, gear, and non-firearm items
Any attempt to bypass these requirements is a violation of these terms and may be reported to the ATF and relevant law enforcement authorities. DD214 Ammo reserves the right to cancel any order we believe violates applicable age restrictions.
All firearm transfers must be facilitated through a licensed Federal Firearms Licensee (FFL). DD214 Ammo does not ship firearms directly to consumers. All applicable federal, state, and local laws governing the purchase and transfer of firearms apply to every transaction.
Federal Notice: Straw purchases are illegal under 18 U.S.C. § 922(a)(6). Providing false information on ATF Form 4473 or to acquire a firearm on behalf of another person is a federal felony punishable by up to 10 years imprisonment and fines up to $250,000.
DD214 Ammo reserves the right to refuse any sale if we have reasonable cause to believe the transaction would violate federal, state, or local law. Orders may be cancelled at our sole discretion without explanation if we determine that proceeding would place us or the buyer in legal jeopardy.
It is the buyer’s sole responsibility to verify that the purchase, possession, and use of any item is legal in their jurisdiction before completing an order.
DD214 Ammo accepts payment through the methods listed at checkout. All prices are displayed in US dollars and are subject to change without notice. You agree to pay the full amount shown at the time of your order, including any applicable taxes and shipping fees.
By submitting your order, you represent that you are authorized to use the selected payment method and that the billing information you provide is accurate and complete. DD214 Ammo reserves the right to cancel orders where payment cannot be verified or where fraud is suspected.
Orders are not confirmed until payment is received and verified. Processing times vary by payment method. DD214 Ammo is not responsible for delays caused by payment processor holds or verification requirements.
DD214 Ammo ships to all US states and territories where permitted by law. Shipping timelines are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, customs, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Firearms will only be shipped to a verified FFL dealer. Ammunition and accessories ship directly to the address provided at checkout, subject to applicable state and local restrictions. It is the buyer’s responsibility to confirm that delivery to their address is legal before ordering.
- Risk of loss transfers to the buyer upon delivery to the carrier
- Shipping address changes after an order is placed cannot be guaranteed
- DD214 Ammo is not liable for packages lost or damaged in transit, though we will assist in filing carrier claims
Due to the regulated nature of our products, all sales are generally final. DD214 Ammo will consider returns on a case-by-case basis for items that arrive defective or significantly different from their description. Return requests must be submitted within 30 days of delivery.
The following items are non-returnable under any circumstances:
- Ammunition and primers (once transferred to buyer)
- Firearms (once transferred through FFL)
- Items that have been used, altered, or modified
- Items purchased as clearance or marked final sale
To initiate a return request, contact us at sales@dd214ammo.com with your order number and a description of the issue. Approved returns will be issued a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return shipping instructions.
DD214 Ammo provides firearms, ammunition, and related products for lawful use by qualified individuals. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, DD214 Ammo shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the purchase, possession, or use of any product sold on this site.
Safe and lawful handling of all products is the sole responsibility of the owner. By completing a purchase, you acknowledge that you understand the inherent risks associated with firearms and ammunition and that you are taking full personal responsibility for their storage, use, and any resulting consequences.

In no event shall DD214 Ammo’s total liability to you for all claims arising from or related to a transaction exceed the purchase price paid for the specific item giving rise to the claim. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain damages, so portions of this limitation may not apply to you.
